Robert's Protein Shake Easy Recipe:
       8oz. liquid (water, milk, juice)
       1 or 2 scoops Robert's Protein powder
       Optional ingredients (peanut butter, or fresh or frozen fruit)
       Ice cubes (4 cubes, less is thinner more is thicker)
       Blend.....yum!

     

......SUGGESTION: Add a scoop or two of Robert's Protein Powder to anything you bake!

QUICK SNACK PROTEIN BALLS:
       2cups crunchy peanut butter
       2 scoops Robert's Protein Powder
       2 extra ripe bananas
                                             2 Tbsp whole flaxseeds

Mix all ingredients with a fork in a large bowl.Mold the mixture into walnut size balls and place into a container lined with wax paper.Refrigerate or freeze for at least 2 hours. Makes a great energy snack...
 

BALSAMIC DIJON CHICKEN

4-5oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp olive oil
2 shallots,. minced
8 oz cremini mushrooms, quartered
1 cup farro
1-1/2 c low-sodium veggy broth
1/4 c minced fresh parsley

Marinade
1/3 c balsamic vinegar
1 tsp x-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
pinch salt and pepper

Prepare marinade in a bowl, add all ingredients, add chicken, turning to ensure chicken is coated. Refrigerate until needed
Cook farro rice add shallots in rice cooker,cook 5 minutes. add mushrooms and cook 8 more minutes
Stir in broth, place chicken, discard left over marinade. Close and cover rice cooker and cook on regular for 1 hour

 

 

OATTIE COOKIES (great!)

3 cups dry oats
1-1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce or canned pumpkin
3 egg whites
1 tbsp vanills
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 cup of stevia or agave nectar
2 scoops Roberts protein powder (van or choc)

Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonful onto a lighly sprayed cookie sheet. Roll into balls and flatten slighly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

Serving of 3 cookies
Protein 6-10 g (depends how much protein powder used)

CHOCOLATE CHEWIES

1/4 cup of dark chocolatechips
1/2 cup oats
1 small ripe banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 scoop Roberts chocolate protein powder

Mash banana with a fork
Microwave chocolate chips for 60 seconds until melted
